Below are some of the most common questions we get asked along with their answers.

How do I get a refund?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order regarding the quantity of the delivery, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please read through our Refund Policy.
How does shipping work?
For national orders (South Africa), irrespective of whether you select door to door delivery, or door to counter delivery, we will deliver within 5-7 working days.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk mail. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain stellenzicht.com to your safe senders list.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Our online shop is only available for customers in South Africa.
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can. On checkout, simply select "Collect from Wine Pod". We will then process the order at the warehouse, and deliver the stock to the wine pod the next day (open Wed-Fri).
Do you deliver on weekends?
No, our courier services do not operate on weekends. Weekdays delivery is between 09h00 and 17h00
Can I track my order once dispatched?
We have 2 shipping methods: orders from Cape Town and surrounds get 2-4 days shipping time with our Stellenzicht delivery team. Areas outside of that get processed with our national courier partner, Seabourne. Customers that have this delivery method will receive a tracking number with which to track their order through the Seabourne website.
